Book now for 2012!

1. Choose a Holiday

Join us at Easter or Summer – or both! If you come in the Summer, you have a choice of three Venture holidays. The dates for 2012 are:

Easter | Mon 9 – Sat 14 April 2012 (5 nights)

Summer A | Sun 29 Jul – Mon 6 Aug 2012 (8 nights)

Summer B | Tue 7 – Wed 15 August 2012 (8 nights)

Summer C | Thu 16 – Fri 24 August 2012 (8 nights)

2. Fill in a Booking Form or Book Online

Download the 2012 application form here and fill it out. Alternatively, we can send you brochures and booking forms through the post – request them on the contact page.

3. Send off the Form

Send the form to the Haslemere bookings contact:

Enclose your payment with the form. You can either pay the full fees or just pay the booking fee (£25) and pay the rest later. Either enclose a cheque (£25 or full fee, payable to CPAS Ventures) or include your credit card details on the form (full fees will be charged). The full fees (2012) are £189 for Easter and £271 for Summer.

4. Wait for a Response…

You will be sent a receipt for your payment as soon as possible. Before the holiday begins we’ll send you a letter giving more information including details of travel and what to bring. This will include a form with which you can send us any more information we need to know; if you’ve only paid the £25 booking fee so far you’ll also need to pay the remaining £164 (easter) or £246 (summer). You’ll also be sent a health update form: fill this in the day before the start of the holiday and take it with you.

If you’ve already booked and need to pay the remaining balance, you can pay by card here; you’ll need your booking reference number to pay by card.
